Virgil Jensen is part of the team behind Coldwater, serving in the studio's unusually broad department of morale and diversity. While Trever and Will spend much of their time thinking about technology, design, clients, and the finer details behind each project, Virgil helps keep the operation grounded and makes sure the studio retains some personality of its own.
His official responsibilities are difficult to summarize in a conventional job description. His presence reflects something important about Coldwater, though: the studio is run by real people who take the work seriously without believing the process needs to feel corporate. Thoughtful work, strong standards, and personality can exist in the same room. Virgil makes sure nobody forgets the last part.
